DRAFT FOR REVIEW
BEASTCRAFT PRIVACY
Last updated October 18, 2026. This draft notice requires review before a public paid release.
Store and checkout
Checkout shows whether it uses test mode. A checkout labeled TEST CHECKOUT makes no actual charge. Use test payment details only in that mode.
This notice describes the store. It does not replace the privacy terms for Minecraft, Gang Beasts, Steam, or Stripe.
Visitor and price assignment
The store uses a signed anonymous visitor cookie to keep the server price assignment stable in your browser. The cookie can last up to 365 days.
BeastCraft and MineBeast have separate product assignments. A different browser, device, or cleared cookie can create a new anonymous visitor.
Session storage retains your last displayed price and release for each product. That display record cannot confirm payment or authorize a download.
What the store records
The store records an anonymous visitor ID, product, price assignment, quote exposure, checkout state, payment state, refunds, known payment fees, and download-link issuance.
The store can record approved UTM campaign labels for a visitor and test revision. The price-test records do not store the full page URL, IP address, email address, or other order identity.
Stripe Checkout
Stripe handles the personal and payment details you submit on its checkout page under its own privacy terms.
The store keeps private order and payment records needed to confirm product access, refunds, fees, and support. Private test records do not prove a real payment.
Download access and reports
The server checks the order before it creates a short-lived private download link. Recovery links use a one-time token. Keep these links private.
The system records link issuance. It does not confirm that the file transfer completed. The private admin report uses aggregate price-test data and does not show customer details.
Community feedback
If you submit feedback, the store saves your display name, post, feedback type, date, moderation state, and browser visitor ID. Reviews also save a rating and a private link to the purchase used for eligibility.
Approved posts, display names, ratings, vote counts, creator replies, and update notes can appear on the game community page. Pending and hidden posts stay out of the public feed. Do not include private information in a post.
Votes use the signed browser cookie. Spam controls keep daily counters and a keyed hash of the network address. The community database does not store the raw network address or an email address. The hash remains pseudonymous data.
Review eligibility is checked in the purchasing browser. A test purchase carries a test label. There is no email verification or cross-device community login. A full refund removes the review from the public feed.
The community has no automatic retention cleanup. Retention and account-access procedures require review before public use. Contact us to request help with a post.
