Shluv Text Alerts

Privacy Policy

Shluv is a brand of Forever Wealthy LLC. This policy covers Shluv Text Alerts, the go-live and battle alerts you can sign up for at shluv.com/text.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number, the keyword you texted (LIVE or BATTLE), and the date you joined or opted out. We also keep delivery status for the texts we send you.

How we use it

Only to send the alerts you asked for, to answer HELP requests, and to stop texting you when you reply STOP.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our SMS provider (Twilio) processes your number only to deliver our messages.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we record the opt-out and never text that number again unless you text a keyword to rejoin. Email justmaiko@shluv.com to have your number deleted.
